Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the SiteLog mobile application. By accessing or using SiteLog, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. About SiteLog
SiteLog is a mobile application operated by Shawn Vimbooly Moodely, an individual based in Mauritius. SiteLog allows self-employed tradespeople to log daily work entries, attach photos, record weather conditions, generate PDF reports, and share daily updates with clients.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use SiteLog. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you are using the app for professional or business purposes.
3. Account Registration
SiteLog uses Google Sign-In for authentication. By signing in, you agree to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy in addition to ours. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Free and Pro Plans
SiteLog offers a free plan and a paid Pro plan at $9.99 per month:
- Free plan: Includes 1 active project, 5 entries per project, and 1 photo per entry.
- Pro plan: Includes unlimited projects, unlimited entries, up to 10 photos per entry, PDF export, Client Share Card, weather logging, health score, and weekly summary.
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. By subscribing, you agree to Lemon Squeezy's Terms of Service. Lemon Squeezy handles all billing, taxes, and payment processing on our behalf.
5. Subscriptions and Billing
Pro plan subscriptions are billed monthly. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the app settings or by contacting Lemon Squeezy directly. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access to Pro features until then.
6. Refund Policy
Refund requests are handled by Lemon Squeezy in accordance with their refund policy. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact Lemon Squeezy support directly. We do not process refunds independently.
7. Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you upload to SiteLog, including photos, notes, and project data. By using SiteLog, you grant us a limited licence to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
You are responsible for ensuring that any content you upload does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use SiteLog for any unlawful purpose
- Upload content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on third-party rights
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the app or its infrastructure
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use the app in any way that could damage or overburden our servers
9. Data and Privacy
Your use of SiteLog is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it carefully.
10. Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen within the app. Upon deletion, all your data including projects, entries, and photos will be permanently deleted from our systems. This action is irreversible.
11. Service Availability
We aim to keep SiteLog available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the service with reasonable notice where possible. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
SiteLog is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, secure, or meet your specific requirements. Your use of the app is at your own risk.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shawn Vimbooly Moodely shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of SiteLog, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of SiteLog after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Mauritius. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mauritius.
