We utilize Google Firebase for secure authentication, real-time database storage, and file hosting. Your data is securely transmitted and stored on their industry-standard servers.
5. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal data to advertisers. We only share your data with trusted service providers (like Google Firebase) strictly as necessary to operate the app, or if we are legally required to do so by a governing authority.
6. Your Rights
You maintain the right to access, update, or delete your personal information at any time. You can perform these actions directly within the SiteLog app settings or by contacting our support team.
7. Data Retention
We retain your personal information and project data for as long as your account remains active. If you choose to delete your account, your data will be permanently removed from our active databases.
8. Children's Privacy
SiteLog is not intended for use by children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
9. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. All data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored on secure, industry-standard cloud infrastructure provided by Google Firebase. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of SiteLog after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

SiteLog is a digital logging tool designed for self-employed tradespeople. It allows users to record daily work, take progress photos, generate PDF reports, and share updates with clients.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of SiteLog, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use SiteLog only for lawful purposes. You must not use the app to upload illegal, offensive, or harmful content, nor use the service to deceive or defraud your clients.
5. User-Generated Content
You retain full ownership of the text and photos you upload to SiteLog. By uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you (such as generating your PDF reports).
6. Subscriptions and Payments
SiteLog offers Free and Pro subscription tiers. Pro subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your respective app store (Google Play Store).
7. Cancellation and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account access at our sole discretion, without notice or liability, if you breach any of these Terms of Service.
8. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the SiteLog app—including its design, codebase, branding, and original content—are and will remain the exclusive property of Shawn Vimbooly Moodely.
9. Third-Party Services
Our service relies on third-party platforms (like Google Firebase for database hosting). We are not responsible for outages, data loss, or issues directly caused by these third-party infrastructure providers.
